If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds, returns and terms.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to HBN Beaute pty Ltd, 2 Mhiri Street, Lotus Gardens, Pretoria, 0025.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to HBN Beauté, accessible from hbnbeaute.co.za
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Exchange refers to brand new Goods sent to You for returned Goods.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The fee for cancellation within this period is 15% of the price of the product.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 24 hours from the time in which you cancel your order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You wil incur 15% fees for such reimbursement.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are not acceptable for lay-by payments unless You request a refund within 24 hours of your first layby deposit, 15% of the required 40% deposit and no less, will be refunded to You within 72 hours.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 2 days

The following Goods cannot be returned regarding Hair Products:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods hasn't been worn.
The supply of Goods hasn't had the lace cut.
The supply of Goods isn't in their original packaging. Goods aren't inside their net, with the Goods not inside their original bag.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

The following Goods cannot be returned regarding All Other Products:

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods isn't in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Should their be a valid issue with the supply of Goods, You should inform the Company within 24 hours of recieving the Goods in order for the rule of Exchange to be implimented. Any other issues raised thereafter will be regarded as wear and tear.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Wig Cap Size

Please note our wig caps are standard size which is (22.5”), which fits a small or medium head. Please leave a note during checkout or let the company know on WhatsApp if you want a custom made wig size according to your measurements, because the company won’t be held responsible if you get a big or a small wig, or a wig that doesn’t fit.

Wig caps guideline according to your circumference:
Small head: 21-21.5”
Medium head: 22-22.5”
Large head: 23-24”

Our wigs don’t come with an elastic head band attached. Please leave a note during checkout or let the company know on WhatsApp if you want an elastic head band added to your order.

Our frontals wigs are not glueless.
